Also known as Laetiporus sulphureus, is a fungi the commonly grows on tree trunks which taste and texture share a strong resemblance to the white meat of the chicken.
This mushroom can normally be harvested between June and September but with our system of cultivation we can provide it all year around guaranteeing its qualities consistently.
